PS3 Problem

    Is there a way for my japanese PS3 to play pal games either from the europe or usa. without having to buy a different console? it cant even play normal uk dvds which is frustrating.

    Any ideas much appriceated

    It should be able to, as long as the games dont have region coding on them, thats why the DVD,s dont work, as all offical DVD,s BD movies have region coding.
