PS3 Voice chat thru main speakers

    Hi, I was going to buy a bluetooth (maybe usb) headset for ps3 but was wondering if anybody knows how to enable recieving voicechat onto the main speakers and not the headset itself? Voices from other players come through the headset, which is inconvenient for me as I only have 1 good ear and do not want a headset to block the ingame sound.

    Yes, you can do this.

    Go to "Accessory Settings" and choose "Audio Device Settings"

    Also if you have an eye toy camera you can use the camera as microphone and speakers for audio.

    Personaly, I prefer my USB headset...I had a bluetooth earpiece that worked OK...but I was never able to find a comfortable one that would not fall off.
