I was just curious on how we are going to backup ps3 games. I've only read news articles to hear about the ps3, and I know its getting unveiled May 17th at E3. But, does anyone have any ideas? I bet ps2 games arn't going to be able to play on it. Just like ps2 games cant play on the psx. Anyway, just curious!
you have that backwords. Ps2 games don't work on the psx because they are newer. Ps1 and ps2 games will work on the ps3. As for backing up ps3 games, we'll just have to wait and see since its going to use one of the new dvd technologies (blue ray i think).
the PS3 will use Blu-Ray disks, which by then, there will be Blu-Ray recorders like there are DVD Recorcders now. This will make burning a PS3 game easy When a modchip gets released for the PS3, it will have to start from square one: swapping
