psn messages

    Hey guys i'm just wondering if there is any way to read your messages while ur playing a game e.g.
    I was playing cod4 online and there was a message in the top right corner telling me that I have received a message, But I could not find a way to read this without quiting the game and tbh it really pisses me off, There must be a way or do I have to wait till in game xmb gets released?

    ya u have to wait for in game xmb
    but some games like burnout can do it

    I wish ALL games did it. Call of Duty 4 really needs it. EVERYONE plays that online and you can't just quit in the middle of a game, if you leave the odds are you wont get into the same game again.
