psp error code 80020148

yer you'll need to update to 3.52 m33 or higher. id recoment using pandoras battery and go direct to 3.90m33 its the latest m33 release so all games work on it.

because you have cfw i recomend using upms to do it all its very simple.

then one done you will have to install the 1.50 kerenl (on 3.71+ there split because of the slim not supporting 1.50) then once you've done that just format the memory card and put yer games in the iso folder.

then download the 1.50 update 3.71 update, 3.80 update and 3.90 update

then just rename the 150.pbp 3.71.pbp.........

put all the updates in the root of the memory stick and put the upms cso in the iso folder

then boot it up and follow the steps

 

hi i currently have 5.00 M33-3 and im tryin to run the daedalus r13 emulator but i get the error code 80020148, im not very good at psp hacks , i tried going recovery/advanced/advanced and disabling and enabling all them i also switched it from 5.XX to 1.50 kernel but its still not working can u plz help me. if it matters i have a psp fat

I have managed to extract rar and get my iso file then transfer to my psp iso file but just get the above error.

I have a umd in the drive. Any suggestions?

what settings you running on your XMB menu accessed by pressing select on the homepage of the psp, a list of error codes and other useful stuff are in my signature below, and i will help anyone if needed.

start the psp up and when its finished loading press select the VSH menu will appear tell me your settings. usb device memory stick, usb iso mode np9660(can use M33 if you want), cpu clock xmb and cpu clock game i just trailed and error as its only the speed and the wrong setting will just make game stutter nothing else.
i use a cr-5400 with 2 x 8gb micro sd cards no game lag or problems.

My psp is currently run on 5.50 genB, and I'm trying to get the Soul Calibur Broken Destiny (JAP) to work, but when I started the game, it just said "error code 80020148 the game could not be started". Any idea on how to solve this, you guys ?

5.55CFW - as it is not available as yet - buy the game is the only option

 

all rite i had cfw 5.om33-6 put in dissidia and madden 10 the english one but it didnt work gave me the psp error code so i put it in 5.50 GEN-B(full) and it still gives me the same thing error code wat do i do now??

 

You downgrade to m33...with GEN-B you seriously can only play/use around 50% of cfw apps/games out there.
