Right then there is a history with memory sticks being fake lol. its hard to tell but im guessing you saw them on ebay am i right? they will most likely be fake i have a fake 2gb works fine never had problems but if you are looking for big capacity they usually have half and 32gb aint even made yet... well they are but only by like one company but dont buy off ebay if you want something good i recommend amazon look for a photofast cr 5400 adaptor... it allows 2 micro sd or sdhc into the adaptor and fits into the memory stick like a normal memory stick so 2x8gb micro sd = 16gb these are cheap but watch out for fakes good luck
