HELP PLZZZ!!!!! I recently downloaded 2 .cso files Tekken and Def Jam I also have devhook and fastloader and UMD Emulator and for every single one of them when i press x to start the iso it frezzes on that screen and i have to turn it off by taking out my battery PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ i need your help.
they are .cso files im positive damn man i have a psp v1.5 do i need a different f/w or mabey its the loader...the way i installed it was by putting it in the game folder...the two folders were called Fastloader and Fastloader% n then i put the cso in the folder ISO thats on the MS_ROOT plz help if you can i would like to get more opinions on this if u know any1 that can help
Yea, you can't use Fastloader anymore. It's been phased out by the newer games. Just get a copy of DevHook v0.44. If you need, I'll upload my copy. It's complete, so you won't need to fuss w/ getting all the right files. DevHook emulates the newest FW and you can play all the newest games. After you told me you're still using Fastloader, it occurred to me that is your issue... Lemme know what's up...
o but i didnt think it wud matter concidering i have version 1.5...but o well if u can give me that file that wud be greatly appreciated man n if u can could u give me a brief tutorial on setup n stuff. Thanks alot.

h I have the same problem as dpj13.i have been trying to correct this for the past two days.I used dev hook .44 to downgrade my psp from 2.0 to 1.5 and tried fastloader and umd emulator since I heard that was needed and it didn't work just like dpj13 said.So what am i doing wrong since I already have devhook .44 on it?If you ain't too busy can you upload a copy of you devhook so I can figure out the difference. Here is a link to a few versions of devhook. http://www.psp-hacks.com/category/40 The ultimate installers install everything for you. .46 there is no need to mess with the settings because they come pre-set. If you use anything lower these are the settings you will need for it to function correctly. UMD SELECT - iso you wanna play UMD MOUNT - ISO ANYUMD UMD VERSION - 2.xx --> 2.00 FIRMWARE - 2.71 CPU CLOCK - 222 BOOT SELECT - reboot xmb and leave other where it is.
I am having the same problem that everyone else is having. I am running 1.5,(downgraded from 2.6), put devhook on(every version made), put fastloader on, and put umd emulator on. Checked all the settings. When I load the .iso or .cso the same thing happens every time, freezes at the load screen. I just purchased two 2 gig mem sticks, please help so I don't think this is a waste. Downloaded psp movies work fine for me. I am a member of pspandmore website(awsome site) and their movies and games are good. So I know it is not the content I am downloading. It is my programs I have on the psp. I've got the same problem running NBA Live 2006. I've tried with Devhook .44 and .46, no other utilities or software. I can load Devhook with 2.71 and it comes to the XMB, but when I pop in a UMD to let the game load up, it thinks for a moment and freezes. The same thing happened when I just left the UMD in for it to load right to the game. I've got the CPU running at 222, firmware 2.71, no other settings changed on DH. Can anyone please advise on something else I should be trying?
And it could also be important, what game you are trying to load and what loader you use. Also make sure you have an original game UMD or the demo UMD from Value Pack in the drive.
