The sound, picture, home, volume media bar on the bottom fo my PsP is not working. It will only turn volume up and everything else on it does not work. I have tried 2 boards that the media bar plugs into and 2 different media bars. I do not see any cable breaks/broken or missing pins where it plugs in at and on the mainboard.

Heres my story, its kinda a big one, I had one PSP I bought for 1$ off some freshman in my high school. Needless to say it didn't work, when plugged in only the orange light turned on and it wouldn't turn on. The other I bought from my friend and it still worked partially so I took the two, same models, and assembled a working PSP. All works but the volume/home/media bar thing. I tried swapping the media bars, haven't tried swapping the switch boards the bar plugs into, as one has the switch messed up ( plastic piece broken off, need pencil to turn on). So if I should try that tell me and I will.

Didn't work, seems I might have fried it. Gonna buy a couple psp's with cracked lcd's and repair them.
