I found this PC application on the usenet. Does this really work? Somethiong tells me I would have heard of it on here if it really worked? the .nfo says: "psp upgrader/downgrader pc app open part 1 with winrar and extract the exe the exe is a self extracting archive install to c:\downgrader once installed connect your psp and click the psp icon follow instructions if your running cfw you will have to pick OE for your current fimware then pick you target firmware the program will put the files need to downgrade/ upgrade in the right folders for you enjoy this worked for me so get cracking!"
No. It installs downgrader/up files on the mem stick to dgrade for i.e. 3.50 to 1.50. No one talks about it cuz its old.
my psp is bricked on official 3.40 and pandora does not work no matter what i try noone has clearly given me a proper answer so a psp game is up for grabs can i unbrick it with the same battery??
Ok this upgrader and downgrader has helped me before and has disappointed me too first it helped me because i had a psp with 3.50 and i could downgrade to 1.50 and it has disappointed me because it cant downgrade 3.50 and higher. Still a good program tho and i Thank the people or the person that made this.
