ok im gettin my new psp in 3 days and i was just wondering how do u play dvd's on the psp.. i have read up that psp uses 3gp.. but isnt this a long process? converting a avi to 3gp. Is there a player or a way i can play .avi files on my new psp??

Yeah. You should convert. Don't waste money on that. (piratebay.org) You mean a 700mb movie? Well.. I don't know. Really. When I take videos on 20 mb, it takes about 10 - 15 minutes.
psp only plays mp4 video, 3gp is a mobile phone video i think. Download a demo of psp movie creator it converts a dvd disc and all computer video to mp4 and transfers to your psp. Try it and let me know how you go
