It's like most things it's only illeagle when you get cought! But then, good luck breaking the WEP Key. Given it's not the hardest thing to do. With the right Tools it's a snap! But I don't think those Tools exisit out of the x86 area. So your likely goin to have to write your own. Now if your Neighbor is stupid enough to leave his/her/there(s) Wi-Fi unencrypted then that's what you call a Feild Day!!!
