psul and psloader aren't working

i tried each one but every time the dos window of the program comes it it closes after a second why is it doing that?

 

Read the Readme.

 

you cant just open a dos program in windows. open a command prompt (Start->Run... 'cmd' or 'command'), navigate to the folder with psul or psoload and run it from there.
if you dont know how to do that, learn to use dos.

 

thank you i did not know about cmd i'm quite a noob
