well i've got .bin and .cue files of a psx game - arc the lad (ntsc). i've downloaded them through directconnect.

    file names are:
    Arc the Lad 1(NTSC).bin [627 784 080 bytes]
    Arc the Lad 1(NTSC).cue

the game (as file) runs well on psx emulator.
i tested on emulator to check if the it was okay.

    so i recorded it into a TDK 80min-700MB CD-R (CD-R80FXM*G) using CDRWin 3.9.
    my cd-recorder is old - a hp cd-writer plus 8200i.

i made a test. ok. then i recorded it. ok.

but when i check the recorded cd-r using windows explorer there isn't any file in the cd. the cd has no file but contains around 540MB...

tried to run the cd on psx console and it couldn't work also... i turn it on and the screen freezes at that white screen with the gold logo.

tried to run the cd on psx emulator and didn't work as well...

so bin is working, cd-r isn't...

does anyone know what i could do to resolve this?

    thanks in advance =)

Why are you using so many presses of ENTER-button? PSX images must be burned in RAW-DAO mode. Did not mention what software you use, so giving out detailed instructions is pretty hard. The best way to do this is to dowload BlindWrite from the software sections and use that to burn the file.

If you are using cdrwin you should use the cue file to make the backup ( load cuesheet )

sorry cd-rw.org, that's the way i used to post in forums... i'll not do it anymore here
anyway, it seems that the problem was caused by a bad crack on cdrwin... need check.
    thanks.
