I want to purchase CCE Basic when I get some extra money, but I want to know exactly which site I should get it from. Is this a secure purchase as far as getting it with no problems, etc? I tried the CCE Trial version, but when I went to backup the VTS files it said "no CCE Path Specified." My trial period has since expired and I was wondering what I did wrong? I made a working folder and an output folder and Rebuilder does fine in HC Mode, but not for CCE Trial. I'm definately gonna get CCE Basic and RB Pro as soon as I can. Another problem I have is that I currently do not have internet at my house and I have to go to mother in laws to get online. Can I get both of these programs via Yahoo mail and burn them on a CD-R to take to my house? My luck I'll have to wait until I get internet back again at my place. -Keith
You can log on via any internet connection and download both paid versions to your computer. Both programs are very small in size, and can fit onto a CD-R or USB flash drive. As for purchasing CCE Basic, go to Cinemacraft's website and follow the purchase clicks for Basic. It will give you a few various online stores that sell CCE Basic via download. Hope it helps.
Is there a way to change the number of passes CCE basic does, or is two the maximum number of passes allowed with this program.
Here's a link to custom technology/cce basic http://www.cinemacraft.com/eng/index.html Yeah 2 passes is all you can do with basic but is still much better than transcoding software.
