Putting movies off the computer on CD

    I have downloaded movies on the computer now I need to find out how to put them on a cd to play on my dvd. Can anyone help me? I need simple instructions cause I'm new at this

    I have downloaded movies from kazaa. I choose video and just type in the movie I want to download
