Putting various frames on digital pics

    Hi does anyone know a good software package with lots of picture frame templetes that can be applied to a digital snap and then sent to printer?
    I am looking to get some picutres of my baby printed but wanted to put pre built frames that can be applied and then saved with the piture ready to be sent for printing to a photo lab.

    get photoshop {microsoft digital image 2006 has tons of frames..}

    I was hoping there were a few freeware options too.

    If not, I will just have to buy the thing.
