Hello, New to the forum and the entire A/V world so please be gentle. I did search the forums and Google but couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for.. I am looking for a product that I can upload various media types to (music, videos, pictures), then connect it directly to my TV and play the content. It should have relatively large disk capacity, be able to support various media types and most importingly, be able to convert video resolution/aspect ratio for playback on regular TVs: what I mean is when I upload a DiVX video rip that initially has lower resolution (for PC playback), this device would automatically do its majic and convert it so it looks good on TV screen. I currently have to convert DiVX AVI that I downloaded from the web using "Convert XtoDVD" program and then burn a DVD disc for these DVD rips to look acceptable on my TV. Additional nice features would be a TV recording option and wireless access/upload to the device, but those are not that important. Anyone knows of such product? I came across of few that either record TV shows or will play saved TV shows, but nothing that does what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance!
