pvr the box

Folks total numnut here. Wife bought me pvr with 250gb pre installed, Previously have the box super which works fine but cannot get this working. Downloaded Oct B*n file sucessfully but for some reason when reboot at TV all channels are failing. There is an 'UNLOCK' statement at bottom rhs of screen - do I need to unlock something?

Just load the 4.506 Oct again, this will over-wright/factory reset, then follow documentation.
