Q5 HD Cable box

I am looking for help on two points:
1- has anybody got a recent channel list for Teeside for the Q5 box?
2 - Could anybody tell me the correct symbol rate for Teeside (Ex NTL) as I have scanned 6952 QAM 256 and 6887 QAM 64 ( taken from Kryptview) but only get 133 channels.

I got hold of a working channel list from North West and it has around 300 channels on it, the frequencies must be different as most of channels dont work.
