Hi I have the Qoob pro chip on my Panasonic Q Gamecube with the bios flash V1.3c.

The problem is when creating a backup of multiple games in the ISO 9660 on a full size DVD up to 4GB the GC will only boot the first game on the list and when trying to play other game on the list all I get is a running game message. If the GC can play a full DVD movie up to 4.7GB, why can’t it play GC games up to 4.7GB I just find it a waste to have a full DVD only to use 1.35GB of it.

I tried to use “loonycube multigame ISO creator” and Ghooms GCM Utility, but those limit you to 1.35GB and there is not a later version out that supports 4.7 GB.

Dose anyone know how to contact this Loonycube guy or the guy that made the GCM Utility “Ghoom” I think? because all it needs is a simple 5 min coding to allow you to put GCM/Iso up to 4.7GB or they could just release a new version that supports 4.7GB only for the users of the Panasonic Q Gamecube or a modified gamecube that can read 4.7GB.

A lot of people’s GC that I chipped and gave the utility to them asked me the same question when using the “loonycube multigame ISO creator” or “Ghooms GCM Utility” for their Panasonic Q Gamecube or modified gamecube

    Thnx for any reply’s

I'm not even sure the Panasonic Q can read that much data on a GC back-up. Sure it can read movies, but that isn't really related to playing GC back-ups.

As for contacting the programmers, they'd probably get annoyed, considering there haven't been any revisions to that program in almost a year, meaning they probably don't want to work on it any more.
