Hey I bought a Qoob Pro about a month ago and haven't been able to play ANY back-up games because they freeze. They'll freeze in different spots, and its mostly when its loading.

I've tried Resoldering, adjusting the Pot, using different media, burning them on a different burner, and I even bought a brand new gamecube and installed it in that.... STILL freezes.

I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem with their chip, or if you have a solution.... I'm getting really frustrated with this thing because i dont know what to do anymore. :'( thanks

Get some Ritek G04's if you aren't already using them and adjust the pot as necessary.

Hey uh... thanks but... If you read, I already said that changing the media and the Pot did not work.

Did you try a new BIOS? If you did then I would either send back that chip and buy another Qoob Pro.
Or try using the default POT because my Gamecube is 4 years old and has never had a POT change and it plays all backup origionals and imports, i use the Qoob Pro 1.3c BIOS if you have problems with that then use 1.3a BIOS thats suposed to help.

Yeah, I did read it, and I said to use Riteks because if you use ****ty media then it doesn't matter what your pot is adjusted to. It's not like you specifically said what media you used.
