Hi I have resently purchased a Qoob Pro Modchip. I tried installing it in my GC on my own and destroyed my GC... but luckily I had warrenty and took off the modchip and gave it back to EB and got a new one haha. Well I studied the GC this time and found out what I had done wrong. My question is on the red and black wires. First the black wire, do I totally combine the two points with the black wire? How am I exacly supose to "bridge" the two points? As for the red wire, do I clean the surface I solder it onto with flux or do I use a SOS pad to scrape off the yellow metal? Last but not least will the chip work without flashing it or do you have to flash it? I flashed mines but I didnt solder it onto the GC yet. Was that wrong? sorry I'm a newb when it comes to this sorta stuff I'm just getting into this scene. Thanks to anyone that can help.
Nevermind...I had to pay 80 bucks to get it installed professionally, then rather counting on anyone here to help me install it...
