It will only allow 'homebrew' (unlicensed) software to run. qoob chips are intended for software development, not for piracy! We will not answer any emails regarding loading pirated, licensed software. Is it true? Does the Qoob SX play backups from licensed software? Do I need a "special" version of the bios to play backups from original games? Where can I find a bios for the Qoob SX that play backups from licensed software? I am asking this because in my country (Spain): the law allows to make and play private backups from licensed software whitout lucrative interest. Thank you in advance.
Hey Galio, go to www.modthatcube.com and download the bios v1.3 for qoob pro and sx. Flash it with this and it will work
I have installed the Qood SX on my GameCube, and I have updated the bios to 1.3c, and now my GameCube plays backups from licensed software.
