quality parameter in dvdcoach express

    I makes some divx to dvd and wmv to dvd convertions with dvdcoach express. In the video parameters, i have a combobox to select the quality (Low, Hedium, High) I always use high quality but i don't know exactly what the software do exactly to have better or lower quality...
    What tha software do? different encoding algorithm?

    you're right choosing high quality to reach a better result on your DVD at the end.
    dvdcoach express allows you 3 parameters : high quality, standard quality an low quality.
    i tested dvdcoach express and i can tell you that you really see the difference of quality between those three options.
    Choosing high quality will take up more space.The encoding process will be then longer.
    So it 's really a matter of encoding process.
    same for the burning speed.
    Use a low burning speed as 2x or 4x.
    dvdcoach express has a high quality and fast burning engine.

    Congartulations to kibisoft for such a good freeware
