   If I expand 352X288 to 720X352 for DVD ripping(avi to dvd), what can I do in Tmpgenc or any other software to KEEP the same quality. PLEASE HELP..

   use a dvd template from the app or try divxtodvd it will output vob/ifo/bups or burning you set it to pal or ntsc and/or 16.9 / 4.3
