Que jobs with Shrink

    Hi, I normally rip the movies (8 or so) then load them in shrink, set thier compression settings and hit backup. Now I normally have 1-2 jobs going at once but I alwasy have to "resume" the other instances. Is there a way I could set them up to start after the previous one is finished ?
