Question about 27" Viewsonic LCD HDTV ??

    Does a 27" Viewsonic HDTV really HDTV ?
    cause the spec said it is 1280x720 resolution... never said it support 1080p

    how about the HDTV with 720i/1080p ?

    which one is real HDTV? what is their different?

    Some ps2 games that support 1080p output, does viewsonic support this also ?

    this kind of monitor HDTV double the price cheaper then the HDTV support 1080p

    HDTV is 1080i 1080p. Its basically a resolution of 1920x1080 in an interlaced or Progressive Scan image. Many monitors support HDTV format, same way a DVD player supports MP3's. However, supporting HDTV and actually viewing at a HDTV resolution are two different things, very different....
