My house just caught on fire two weeks ago and my computer was destroyed. On it was my AnyDVD program including the 'Key'. Can I just go to my email and download the lastest version and install that on my new computer without any problems??

What burning program is preferred with AnyDVD? I have been using DVDXCOPY.

No, you need the key all installing the program will do is give you a 21 day trial. Contact slysoft and see if they can help you out.

Best program to use with AnyDVD is CloneDVD2 they are made for each other. But AnyDVD will run with the free program DVDShrink which will compress your file and then you can use the free program DVDDecrypter or ImgBurn to burn it to disk. You can also use Nero to burn if you have this program.

If the key was sent to an online mail account, say hotmail or Yahoo mail for example, any saved message will still be on their server, and yes it will work for another computer if you still have access to it. If, on the other hand, you were using Outlook, or Outlook Express and the message was stored on your hard drive, then you are S.O.L.

Sorry about your loss, can't even begin to imagine what you went thru.
