question about burning movies off internet

    can anyone please walk me through burning movies off the internet? i cant get it into a file to record from. also, does it need to be under VIDEO_TS?

    If its Divx or Xvid, convert to mpeg2 using TMPGEnc. Then use TMPGEnc DVD Author to make that into a dvd compliant file. then burn. Takes around 10hours
