Using appropriate software (Nero Burning ROM as one example) yes.

Oh ok, so I would just burn as normal with the Nero Burning Rom? Nothing special that I have to do?

Click 'Copy' and that's about it.

Cool, I just got a Sony External DVD burner in the mail today. I've got stuff on DVD+R discs that are irreplaceable. I'm going to copy them onto these Gold DVD-R discs from Mobile Fidelity, check it out:

Thats why I want to make sure I do it right copying the DVD+R discs to these DVD-R discs, the discs are so expensive that screwing it up would be painful almost!

I would be inclined to run a few lesser cost disks items through, before risking these gold plated wallet vacs.
