Hi, I'm fed up with Vista and I can install my Windows Xp but I am unsure of a few things. My PC has 2 hard drives and if I format my computer to install XP, will everything on my second hard drive be erased or will the hard drive be uncompilable with XP? Because I want to store all of my files on the second hard drive as I do not have an external, nor do I want to copy all of my files onto dvds. Thanks

If you have 2 hard drives
    drive A has vista
    drive B has your data

If you install xp on drive A, as long as you don't touch drive B, it won't loose any data. Your second drive B (as long as it doesn't have an OS installed) will act as a normal drive easily readable by vista/xp or even linux.

I have 3 hard drives in my computer, replacing the OS on my system drive never affected the other drives.

    how to remove vista
