I just purchased an HP L2335 LCD monitor and noticed that it has, along with others, an s-video connection. My video card has an s-video out as well. I'm currently using my DVI connection but am curious what good the s-video connection would do? is it only for connecting to a tv?
    Thanks
    Brad

yeah it sounds like your LCD has video (composite and s-video) as well as RGB inputs, such as VGA and DVI. Stick to the DVI connector, it is by far the best one. Resolution for s-video is ~480 lines...much worse than what VGA and DVI can handle
