i connected to flashftp but all i see is debug pc xbox what does it mean.i used mirc to get my xbins info what am i doing wrong?
lol, I like the title... Ok, so you officially got into #xbins, congrats! You can now go inside of those folders and pick and choose what files you want. Dashboards, Game hacks, Apps and many more useful things can be found w/in those folders. So search around in them and you'll find what your lookin for. Oh, and what exactly are you looking for Paul?
What game are you trying to copy from a CD? Are you trying to copy the contents of a CD to your Xbox?
as this point, i downloaded slayer and booted the xbox.now i up to ftp from xbox to pc so i can copy the games to dvd-r.any advise.?
Sure, download Craxtion 4 and use the game ripping option. Follow these basic steps... 1) Turn on your Xbox 2) Wait until EvoX loads 3) Pop in any game you want to burn 4) Run Craxtion 4 on your computer and get it connected to your Xbox 5) Use the disc ripping option w/in that program, and follow through a few steps 6) The contents on the Xbox disc will then be ripped from the Xbox to your PC in a folder 7) Last but not least, follow this burning guide, http://webpages.charter.net/modchipzone/backupxboxgames.htm
is there another program that i can use instead of craxtion4.second question is how do i save the settings on the xbox?
yes there is another program you can use. and it's one of my fav's, it's called Qwix. you should be able to get it from xbins or somewhere on the net. it's fairly common now.
