ok, so the xbox that I am getting is completely unmodded. My plan is to remove and unlock the hard drive, load a dash onto it (or another softmod) and then re-lock it and re-install it into the xbox. So, is what I am proposing possible? And if so, which program would be best recommend for locking and unlocking, and I don't mind working in DOS. I think a while ago, I heard of a program which could lock and unlock in DOS, just can't remember the name.
@360hacker: I'm talking about the original xbox man. I would never mess with my 360's HDD xD @zooom1834: I've been advised by some people that the hotswap is not a preferred method for unlock, what experiences have you had with it?
