I'm thinking about making my macbook a dual boot with bootcamp. However, when I partition my drive, does it affect all the data on my hard disk even if there is still more than enough space for them after I allocate the partition space ratio? Also, whenever i try to run the game Pangya(or Albatross18) on my VMware Fusion Windows XP Professonal, a blue screen always come up right after the update screen, telling me to check if I installed any hardwares correctly and that Windows had to shut down to prevent any damage. Can anyone tell me how to work this out?It was fine a few hours ago albeit being a little bit laggy in the graphics.

Ok i can answer all of this.

Boot Camp inside leopard just partitions free space to use with windows xp/vista it doesn't destroy data unless you are running a hack or illegal patch.

Your games require full system control several games on windows require this this is why several titles won't boot on vmware and on virtual pc's period.

    Anything else??

Well said. Bootcamp doesn't destroy anything! It simply searches for vacant space to allocate to Windows. In bootcamp Windows runs at native speeds. That's why it is preferred to using a virtual machine which lacks speed.
