question about playing on line

hey all i have just noticed that cant play online games with an hd advance when i try to play online and says online adapter not attached but the thing is it is can naybody help me.

 

you cant play a game online with DNAS checks online from the hard drive.

 

so it won't work if the game is on my hard drive is that correct.

 

Yes, but there are some games which can be played online, ones without DNAS check. There is a list some where but I am having trouble locating it.
