Question about Quicktime

    Hi there, i need some help...pleas!!!!

    I got some problem viewing some website, basely i don't see anything but Quicktime simbol with white question mark in the middle. I got the latest version of quicktime, so i thought there should not no problems, but i was wrong. Can any one tell me what is the problem??? Or how to fix my problem??

    Make sure the plugins are installed correctly. Or try using a different browser.

    Never seen that one before..

    what browser are you using and have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling Quicktime?

    Thanks for the replys guys, ummnn i use Firefox and i did reinstall quicktime 2-3 time already. Could it be that the website is using Flash programs and my default program is stting with quicktime?? If so how do i change it back to flash??

    Flash will run when Flash is needed and Quicktime will run when Quicktime is needed. Try loading the same site using IE. Then, we'll know if it's a Quicktime problem or a Firefox plugin problem.

    Niobis your right!! I used MSN IE and it works, so i guess firefox is blocking the other website form being view. Can this be fix though???

    Type about:plugins into the addres bar in Firefox. Under the Quicktime 6.5 plugins make sure all the following are listed:

    npqtplugin.dll
    npqtplugin2.dll
    npqtplugin3.dll
    npqtplugin4.dll

    Those are the plugins for video files. 5 and 6 are for pictures and audio.
