Does anyone have the sims 3 on xp with 512 ram or close to that and how does it run with that amount of ram? I want to get the sims 3. I have a very good Intel processor and good cpu speed. A very good graphics card but not a gig of ram which they say is minimum. However, they do say it may be able to still run but may have crashes. aside from the ram, which you should get at least 2gigs, you're running bare minimum. once you get more ram, you'll be able to play at low-medium settings. if you want all maxed out, you might as well do a new build.
