i have ripped lots of dvd's with no problem before. i have 2 dvd's however, that when i run smartripper on them, i get the error saying it can not unlock some files. when i try to play the dvd's, no matter what player i try to view them with on the computer, it locks the program up. so thereforer, i can not do the usual workaround to unlock the files. the dvd's play fine on my dvd player, just not on my computer. any suggestions? thanx in advance.
I had a similar problem. Get the movie running and just keep trying smart ripper. The movie i had problems with took four or five times but it eventually worked
