Question about swaping out at WalMart

thats what i was thinking what idiots they are all discussing it freely and one goes that if M$ calls you telling that it was swapped and serial doesn't match or something laugh at them, WAIT, THEY HAVE YOUR INFO!! You can't laugh because since its registered i think they have your address they can give it to walmart so they get their money back since M$ won't pay them shit!

PLUS at my walmart i saw this guy who swapped a broken lcd tv and the serials didn't match the box, since walmart is losing a lot on their return policy they called the cops and charged him!! guy was right ahead of me in line at the return desk!!

What if a new 360 was bought and the xbox cases were swapped out and the insides like motherboard drive etc from the new 360 were kept, would that work? Looks like I may have to resort to something as my Samsung 360 has started freezing litteraly every 4 minutes while playing games.
