Question about the PS2 Motherboard

    Okay, so I'm installing the Duo 3 GT, and I have a few questions about soldering on the Motherboard. In this pic:

    Where I circled in Red on Number 3, there are those Brass colored circles. They seem to be on the same Bus as the places to solder on the Brass rectangles. Can I just solder on these wholes? Any help with this would be great.
