Has anyone tried this combination of the Toshiba SD-R5002 & Samsung BeAll DVD-R Media? I am considering purchasing this and read alot of good reviews about the Samsung BeAll Media, btu when I go to the page on MertiLine it doesn't list the Toshiba Drive as being compatible. But on the main DVD-R page it says all DVD-R general use media works with all burners. So I'm a bit confused, I don't wanna spend a load of money on a burner and DVD-R's if they aren't going to be compatible, the reason I like the Toshiba is because of the price, and it's a quick burner so I can use it as my CD-RW drive and not compromise any speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
I have the Toshiba 5002. Haven't had much luck with it. Lots of problems burning dvd-rw disks. Get the pioneer AX105 dvd writer. Much better drive, roughly the same price
