Okay... I have installed Knaves 4.0 using the Splinter cell exploit. I could only install single boot as my MS dash needs to be updated. I then downloaded AID3 (Auto installer deluxe 3) modified the ISO, burned to DVD, brought to XBOX, and installed some of the great apps that came with it... Now I am wondering how to install the updated MS dash, so that I can do a Dual boot install. When I install the updated MS dash on the AID3 disc, is does not install to the backup ms file... So when I uninstall Knaves 4.0, it reinstalls the old MS dash, and I am back to square one.... How do I keep the UPDATED MS dash when I uninstall Knaves single boot, so that I can install knaves dual boot? Does what I am saying make sense?
I popped in a copy of Halo 2 and it updated my dash. I then softmodded and installed apps using AID. Can you access your MS dash with the single boot?
no... I installed the dual boot (finally), but I STILL can't access the MS dashboard. It says c:/msdash not found or some crap like that... [bold]EDIT[/bold] Nevermind... you have to turn on the XBOX by using the eject key to boot the MS dash.....
