Hey Chunk, ok i have decided to skip the whole fix that hd right now thing for later and i am going to ug to a bigger hd and get a xenium chip for it again. see what happened was my gf's bro gave me the xbox. well he had it out and open one day and him and his old lady split up and for some reason why she took the xenium that was in it. well he went back to change the hd and took off some files that were needed. but back to my question, what type of hd would you recommend and what file should i use to blow the info back into the hd. also will i still have to get the eeprom.bin buy building it or will the chip blow it back in and last where would you recommend for me to get the cheapest deals for the proper equipment and all that for this
Personally I think chips are a waste of time and money! A Seagate drive or WD will be the best, obviously an IDE type. Use my tutorials to build the drive up and YES you will need the eeprom!
