Question on pci cards with 2 or 1 gap

    will a 2 gap card ( any type of card lets say a pci 56k modem) fit into my motherboard slot which seems to be for cards with only one gap? how do i know which pci modems have 2 or 1 gap other than by lookin at the pics? i cant seem to find a answer for dis :S any help?

    you can use any pci card whether 1 gap or 2 but cannot use pci/e card as totally different!

    thanx man thought it made some difference since u cant put a sdram memory into a ddr slot so i thought the same conflict would happen with pci cards
