[Question] PS3 compatibility with an HDMI input monitor?

    OK I KNOW that a monitor needs HDCP for it to be able to show the PS3 but if a monitor has HDMI input does it STILL need HDCP?

    A monitor does not need HDCP for it to be connected to a ps3. IF and only if the Blu-Ray movie uses the ICT (image constraint token) will you need HDCP for full resolution video viewing (very few if any do at this moment). You can connect the PS3 to the monitor via HDMI without any worry.
