Question regarding video quality for AVI to DVD conversion

    Hi:

    May be stupid question. When We convert AVI file to DVD format (.Vob)
    do we loose quality of video? Does converting tool impact the video quality? If yes, which one is better convertxtoDVD, Nero or any other?

    Try Avisynth and HCenc for top quslity.
    Isn't convertxtodvd only single-pass? Not sure about Nero.

    FAVC uses HCEnc too, and produces basic menus.
