    Hello All,

I have a quick question. I've been reading the forum regarding DVD Shrink. Is this program mainly for DVD backup ? or can it be used to shrink two files to fit on a DL disc ??

I am downloading two files that are 4.3GB each. I believe the DL disc's can hold around 8.5GB ?? Is this right ?

What would be the easiest way of combining the files and shrinking the new file to fit on to a DL disc ??

I plan on using ImgBurn to write it.

    THANKS for ALL you help!!

Burning the two separate 4.3 G files to 2 separate discs is easier and cheaper IMHO.

its for dvd backup and shrinking....

and yes it will work (no menu) will play 1 after the other...

dont forget to set preferences to dvd9...

take out start and end credits on both files with dvd shrink also (you may not need compression at all)
    -------------------------

dvd flick will add a basic menu and shrink and burn with imgburn dual layer guide on imgburn forum...
