Quick & Easy Photo Editor

    I need a Quick and Easy photo editor.
    all it needs to do is:
    1. Crop (hotkey & grid would be nice)
    2. Rotate 90deg at a time (hotkey)
    3. Lighten, darken, contrast.
    4. Free

    Any sugestions would be awesome.

    Irfanview is good for that kinda stuff too! (also has batching and conversion features)
