   I accidentially quick erased my CD-RW using NERO.
   
   However, I realsied that I required some of the files. I understand that the files are not exactly erased when I chose Quick Erase.
   
   How can I unerase or restore the files?

   There may be some obscure little way to still extract files off it (i.e., by whatever methods data recovery ppl use) but odds are that the disc is effectively empty.
